(In early 2021 I came across a short video where Penny Kelly was talking about something that was of great interest to me. I really wanted to know whether she was for real, so I purchased "The Evolving Human" and started reading about her fascinating journey. Although she discussed a lot that I didn't understand at the time, I couldn't detect anything that questioned her integrity or the validity of what she was discussing. A lot correlated with other information that I was aware of. I've now read most of her books listed below and taken all 7 of her "Intuition" classes. Depending on where your current journey through life has taken you, maybe some of what Penny discusses might resonate with you. — RAD)

Penny Kelly is an experiencer, author, teacher, publisher, consultant, Naturopathic physician, and researcher of consciousness. Below are her presentation notes.
"A full, spontaneous awakening of kundalini in 1979 was followed by a 3-year period of unlimited consciousness. In that time, I became aware that I was from elsewhere in the galaxy and the many unusual experiences I’d had over my childhood and into my twenties were part of an effort to keep me in touch with my own people while nurturing development in ways that would allow me to do the work I came here to do. I was part of a team of others working to help move consciousness into reality systems that function in higher dimensions of existence. We are at a pivotal stage and moving steadily into a system that demands a different approach to life."
More about Penny:
Early in her career she was an engineer for Chrysler Corporation, but left there in 1979 after a full, spontaneous awakening of kundalini to study the brain, consciousness, intelligence, intuition, and cognition. This was followed by 18 years of work as an educational consultant specializing in Accelerated and Brain-Compatible Teaching and Learning, working with both schools and corporations.
After purchasing acreage in 1987, she raised grapes for Welch Foods for a dozen years while also building Lily Hill Farm, now a large B&B. She worked with Dr. Wm. Levengood, biophysicist, for 15 years, studying materials from crop circles, animal mutilations, and extraterrestrial landing sites, as well as researching plasma, energy, and consciousness.
Penny was involved in starting Community Gardening in Kalamazoo and Battle Creek, MI through grants from the Kellogg Foundation, and she was a member of the Tipping Point Network whose focus is sustainability in all sectors of life. She maintains a worldwide counseling and coaching practice, teaches a half-dozen courses in Developing Intuition – The Gift of Consciousness, as well as courses in Organic Gardening, and Getting Well Again Naturally. She produces regular videos for Patreon, YouTube, and BitChute, and travels widely to speak and teach.
Penny holds a degree in Humanistic Studies from Wayne State University and a degree in Naturopathic Medicine from Clayton College of Natural Health. She is the mother of four children has co-written or edited 23 books with others, and has written 11 books of her own:

The Evolving Human: A True Story of Awakened Kundalini [2-5-2017] This is a true story of awakening kundalini and the massive transformations it generates in the body/mind system. Kundalini is an old Eastern term for the awakening of unlimited consciousness. A full kundalini awakening doesn't just dip you into a wider reality, it is a wholesale dive into the river of unlimited, multi-dimensional consciousness and the true nature of reality. Consciousness and Energy, Vol. 4, Trump, The Sting, The Catastrophe Cycle, and Consciousness [6-7-2019] Consciousness and Energy, Vol. 4 started out as an essay titled, Trump and The Sting. When people wrote asking for a sequel, Penny Kelly went looking for the latest information about what was happening in the United States and the world. Although she started out quite optimistic, she began to see worrisome developments across the U.S. that lined up with information from the little men in brown ‘Robes’ many years earlier. Then, unexpectedly, she came across highly disturbing scientific information. Coming from the areas of geology, astronomy, paleontology, physics, and several other disciplines, this was information providing answers long-sought but never satisfied until 2018. Although there had been an effort to keep the information hidden for many decades, the truth about the sun’s nova process began coming out. This was known in ancient days as the Catastrophe Cycle, and sometimes as the Lord’s Day of Judgment. The ‘Lord’ was a term that referred to the sun, and the ‘day of judgment’ was the day that the micro-nova occurred.
From an effort to track what was happening behind the scenes in Washington DC, to the shock of discovering that we were facing a micro-nova, to the realization that she had not understood a number of the deep and powerful messages from the little men in brown robes, to the discovery of a date for the massive event, this is a journey that brings us face-to-face with the fact that our best—and maybe our only—hope is the full development of consciousness.
Child of the Brown Earth – a small book of poems about connecting to Mother Nature [1-10-2019] A book of over fifty poems to be read and enjoyed year after year, as well as learned from by long-time consciousness researcher, Penny Kelly. This small collection of poems celebrates the awakening of consciousness, our relationship with Mother Earth, and our need to begin communicating with all of nature again, thus cementing our place in the cosmos as beings who can and must have a say in the ongoing unfolding all around us.
Planet Earth – Her People, History and Current Dilemma [2-20-2022] In 2003, a discovery was made under a mountain in Romania that contained extraordinary holographic technology showing the true history of humanity and proving that the prediction of Edgar Cayce saying a Hall of Records would be found was correct. The history filled or corrected many of the blanks and mistranslations of Zechariah Sitchin regarding our extraterrestrial beginnings and matched a great deal of the information held by Penny Kelly, who had already written or spoken about much of it in her earlier books and videos. The Revival – A Path to A New Earth / New Human [8-22-2022] There is a saying among off-world people that is based on eons of experience and wisdom. It goes: There is no point in trying to change the world. Instead, change the people. They are the ones who make the world. Accompanying this dictum is a matching bit of advice that goes: When a new world is being born, help the people to become new humans.
A new world is being born here, and those who want to survive and thrive will have to become new humans. We cannot do this without deeply assessing who and how we are and what we want our lives to be. The Revival was written to help us walk the path to that new world, hopefully a 4th dimensional system. The paradigm shift now occurring on our planet is one of major proportions, one in which every aspect of life is changing. The task now in front of us will be to come together in conversations, take responsibility for our lives, assess the reality we have been living in for many years, and navigate the changes with our eyes on the future.
We all know that change over time is continuous. We also know that trying to force change is very difficult when things are running smoothly and quietly. It is during periods of upheaval and challenge that windows of opportunity open and old habits and routines come to an end. These are the moments to embrace new structures in every sector of life from food, education, governance, and medicine to science, the arts, technology, and our view of the planet and solar system. These are the times to seize the day, make new decisions, try new things, introduce new thinking, and become a new human living in a new and revitalized reality system on Planet Earth.
